Hello
I'm Martin Harris and welcome to my personal website.
On here I describe four activities I'm currently working on...
I am an IT Project Manager working in the City of London for the last twenty years, working for firms like the London Stock Exchange and Lloyds of London.
In 2022, I co-founded MKK Lion (www.mkklion.com) which is active in IT project management, book publishing, horse racing tips and online retailing.
I wrote my first book in 2012 after a technical project. In 2015 an off-the-cuff remark about how funny our new puppy was, lead to writing “Diary of a Little Dog”. I self-published the book and didn't do much with it until 2021, when I sent it to several publishers and to my surprise, I received a positive response, and my book was published. I learned about how to publish a book and that marketing the book is harder than writing it.
I’ve been interested in politics for a long time. Creating websites, blogs and social media contents for MKK Lion, I started publishing my comments about daily news and events on www.martinharris10.com. I use it to promote MKK Lion as well as having fun. It doesn't take much imagination thanks to the competency and integrity of our politicians.
